Carers: An Introduction to Relaxation & Yoga Course

Yoga has sooooo much to offer which is amazing but can be also overwhelming.  If you have never tried yoga before or if you want  a basic understand of what different gentler styles of yoga have to offer, then this course is for you.

It is designed for you to experience different elements, build a fundamental understanding so you can use it with the person you support and includes shorter sequences you can use with the ones you care for.
